Kosher Pantry

Nationwide Children's Hospital

Dedicated to families of Jewish faith, the Kosher Pantry is a space that provides respite where families have access to kosher food and the ability to worship on the Sabbath.

The kitchen is stocked with fresh kosher meals prepared by the local Jewish community, in addition to access to religious books and materials needed to mark the Sabbath.   Having a child hospitalized is stressful and providing a place for Jewish families to feel at home and able to honor their religious beliefs is paramount to helping them feel a bit more comfortable.
